I was recently on temporary contract as a Data Analyst in Ealing, West London until 29/02/08.

Prior to this I was working as a free-lance web developer (see portfolio).

Before college I worked in a variety of places. These jobs developed many skills and attributes which have proven to be an asset in further endeavours.

Everyday duties include:
Identify and meet critical customer delivery deadlines
Work closely with business users and customers to analyse the requirements in system terms and identify new business opportunities
Provide support and advice to business users in maintaining, exploiting and developing existing IT systems
Develop, test and implement new delivery products
Assist in system testing, implementation and training
Ensure that appropriate project development standards are maintained and that all documentation is updated to reflect system or procedural changes
Assist in ongoing systems support and share on-call responsibilities out of regular business hours with the rest of the delivery team
Work closely with other IT staff as part of a wider team delivering systems to business users
Liaise with customers and provide support and advice when required, attending internal and external meetings and conference calls when necessary
